Community Management Internship (German/Spanish languages)

  • Active participation and daily engagement in the new italki Community to answer questions, resolve issues and increase activeness in your native language and the languages you are learning. 
  • Create engaging text, image and recorded audio content in your native language and languages you are learning
  • Help manage community users, community moderation, spam prevention, and terms of use policies
  • Ensure that italki’s community content initiatives maintain the highest level of quality
  • Help with translations from English or Chinese to your native language
  • Other project based work collaborating with our Marketing, Operations and Teacher Teams


  • Fluent in German or Spanish
  • Great reading and comprehension skills in English.
  • Ability to meet daily goal
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills and multicultural awareness
  • Highly organized with attention to details
  • Availability to work from our Shanghai office at least 4 days per week for 3 months at least
