Responsibilities
- Active participation and daily engagement in the new italki Community to answer questions, resolve issues and increase activeness in your native language and the languages you are learning.
- Create engaging text, image and recorded audio content in your native language and languages you are learning
- Help manage community users, community moderation, spam prevention, and terms of use policies
- Ensure that italki’s community content initiatives maintain the highest level of quality
- Help with translations from English or Chinese to your native language
- Other project based work collaborating with our Marketing, Operations and Teacher Teams
Requirements
- Fluent in German or Spanish
- Great reading and comprehension skills in English.
- Ability to meet daily goal
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility and ability to adapt and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently
- Ability to track, analyze, and report issues
- Strong interpersonal skills and multicultural awareness
- Highly organized with attention to details
- Availability to work from our Shanghai office at least 4 days per week for 3 months at least
