Marketing Project Manager

Due to the current health crisis related to COVID-19 and the escalating visa/travel restrictions in place, we're currently unable to extend offers to anyone who cannot work from China due to lockdown visa/travel restrictions, or other restrictive measures until further notice. Consequently, we will be prioritizing candidates who can start in this location by set date as expected. We‘re keeping the situation under review and would adjust our position should the restrictive measures be removed later on.


  • Day-to-day monitoring of marketing data and ensure it's being collected properly and connected with internal systems
  • Oversee the implementation of tracking methods to ensure marketing campaigns data is collected properly and efficiently (e.g. Google Tag Manager, naming conventions)
  • Translate Marketing requirements and collaborate with Tech, Product and Data teams to define project scope and responsibilities, to optimize marketing operation processes
  • Evaluate, implement and manage marketing technology systems and solutions (e.g. CRM platforms, app tracking platforms, bidding tools)
  • Manage delivery of each project against business objectives, approved budgets and approved timelines
  • Track progress and report on project development and share with stakeholders
  • Manage technology vendors and third party tools
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions when errors occur
  • Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of existing tools & systems portfolio and define strategy to upgrade according to business needs


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred Computer Science or other related Technical major)
  • 3+ years of working experience in Project Management with technical and marketing touchpoints
  • Experience working within software development projects with complex deliverables
  • Knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Tag Manager, Blueshift, Seach360, Omniture, Criteo, Adobe
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to navigate and work with culturally diverse teams across departments
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin


  • ​Experience in high tech, software development, education technology industries
  • ​Experience in growing and scaling company growth or start up team experience
  • ​Experience in companies with global / regional presence with offices across different countries 
  • Understanding of performance marketing, SEO and content management
  • Passion for language learning
